Shipping & Returns
For New Zealand customers:
We use Courier Post for all orders within New Zealand. We offer an overnight delivery (on working days) service nationwide. For orders to be received overnight, your order must be made before 2pm. South Island customers, please note that larger orders sent in boxes can take up to 48 hours.
Rural delivery can take up to 72 hours.
Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, if your order is placed after ~2pm on Friday, it will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
We do offer a Saturday delivery to the main centres in NZ but please note, this is not guaranteed and you will not be refunded if your parcel does not arrive over the weekend. For more information about whether your area receives this service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
In case of damage during transit, our couriers insure coverage of up to $1000NZD. Magichollow is not liable to cover the damage if it exceeds the value of this insurance.
For Auckland Customers:
For all Australian customers:
We use Toll Priority for all Australian orders.
This service is an express courier service and can take 2-6 working days. It is signature only so if you would like your parcel to be left at the door, please choose the non signature option. If your parcel is left at the Toll depot for longer than 7 working days with no contact, your parcel will be sent back to New Zealand and a new shipping rate will incur of $20.50NZD. If you would like to change your address after payment has been made, there will be a $20NZD address change fee so please be careful when writing in your address.
Please be aware that all customs charges are not covered by Magichollow. If you are concerned that your parcel will incur customs charges, please contact your local customs office for more information.

We use NZ Post
In checkout, your shipping rate will be determined with full tracking information and approximate delivery times.
We strongly suggest getting tracked shipping on international orders to ensure that in the unlikely case of your order getting lost, you can receive compensation by NZ Post. Magichollow is not liable for any items lost or damaged in the post.

As all our items are vintage one off items, we cannot offer you another size. However, if you contact us, and send your order back within 5 working days (14 working days for all international customers) we will offer you a store credit to the total of your purchase (not including shipping). If you are wanting to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org describing why you are wanting to make a return. Make sure to provide us with your order number so we can quickly locate you!
Please send your returns using a tracked or couriered service as we will not be liable for lost in transit returns. Your return must be in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition. If your return is deemed to not be in the condition it was when sent out, we will not accept your return and it will be sent back to you.
After a store credit is used, the sale is final and we will not accept a return for another store credit. We meticulously measure and provide accurate sizing for each item we sell - so before you purchase an item, please be sure to check your measurements against our provided information to ensure the perfect fit. We do not accept returns for sale/discounted items unless the item is faulty.
We try our best to declare any imperfections on our vintage garments. If you are not happy with the condition of your order, please email email@example.com. Once a sale is made we are unable to ‘cancel’ orders due to the one off nature of our prices. Full refunds including shipping will be given if the item you receive is grossly misrepresented.
